Due to the continued uncooperative weather, yoga tomorrrow (5 March) is again cancelled. However, we will still hold a 1/2 hour swimmer’s shoulder session (stretching & strengthening) starting at 10am. Meet either on the pool deck at the side (where we put our bags), or if it is raining, by the picnic tables in the cafe area.
Cost: Free of Charge:)
What to bring… if you have it: Towel, tennis ball, strap or belt.
We noticed quite a few people mentioned shoulder strains and pains on their goals survey – this is for you! This is also for EVERYONE who swims so as not to become another swimming casualty that needs to write shoulder pain on their survey next year!
Unless we get rained out in Terrigal next weekend, yoga sessions on are on offer on both Saturday and Sunday- check your Terrigal email. After that, think about signing up to Thursday night yoga sessions in Neutral Bay (http://www.brand-echs.com.au/thursdaysignup.html)
